1. There is a dinner at night:

3. Avoid caffeine:

To stay active and attentive, workers use coffee or tea in a large number of days before the yatra, which is not good for their health. If you feel sleepy or inactive at work, you should drink water or fresh juice every half hour, try it.

4. Ghee is a teaspoon:

According to Ayurveda, the body becomes dry when you wake up at night. And there is a spoon surrounded before going to work, because it maintains balance of body dryness.
